    Middle eastern lamb burgers with harissa, coriander, baby Kos, cucumber and minted creme fraiche*

    Skewered beef with tamarind and lemon grass with a red thai basil sauce*

     

    Salmon burger on a crisp bagel with handmade tartar sauce and watercress*

    Thai fishcakes served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce**

    Smoked haddock and prawn fishcakes with chopped parsely and eggs and a Greviche dip*
